YOGA GUIDE | ZENTHAI SHIATSU THERAPIST | RETREAT & TRAINING FACILITATOR
Hannah is a movement guide and bodywork practitioner with a deep understanding of how the body thrives through ease and connection.
Hannah is passionate in guiding natural movement and body work, weaving her journey as a mother, family and community member and creator in her guiding. Growing up at Bronte beach, Hannah’s connection to nature has shaped her grounded and playful approach.
As a Zenthai Shiatsu Body Worker, her understanding of authentic touch, Traditional Chinese Medicine, the five elements and connection allows her to support others to become great leaders by fostering a deeper awareness of themselves, their environment, and the interconnectedness. Hannah facilitates bodywork trainings, natural movement foundations and regular yoga classes.

Lily is movement guide, Sound healer, and gentle space holder with a deep curiosity for the healing potential of sound, breath, and somatic connection.
Her work invites you to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself - through intuitive movement, vibrational and frequency restoration, and the widsom of your own body.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate dietary requirements. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly and ensure your meals are nourishing and aligned with your needs.

That’s totally up to you. All offerings are optional and serve as a soft structure for the weekend. The bigger invitation is to listen to your body and do what you need, whether that means joining every session or stepping away for rest.
