  • A class designed to connect you back to unity. Beginning with gentle natural movement and flow, to soften the body and open awareness through liner and non linear yoga, then flow into some partner yoga practices that build trust, play and support. The class weaves in nourishing gestures from Zenthai Shiatsu that opens new pathways for connection, with yourself, with others, and with community.

    This practice is more about playful curiosity, kindness and the joy of shared experience. By moving together, giving and receiving through touch and support, we learn how connection itself can be deeply restorative and nourishing.

  • A Complete restorative and crystal sound bowl Journey. Sink into a space where your body can truly let go and receive.

    This class is a full body exhale, combining deeply supportive restorative movement and shapes with our healing frequencies of crystal sound bowls. As your body unwinds and the nervous system resets, the vibrations gently weave through fascia and tissue, dissolving tension and inviting a profound sense of ease.

Dynamic Yoga Flow

  • The purpose of Dynamic is to build body awareness and a healthy amount of strength, flexibility, stability and mobility.

    DYNAMIC is a great class to practice regularly to build and maintain a healthy and strong body and a calm and focused mind. Calm ease is carried through simple and challenging movements alike.

  • An embodied approach to yin that invites more than shapes and stillness. In this class we explore somatic awareness and gentle movement as doorways to deepen connection within. Rather than holding static shapes, we follow the intelligence of the body through gentle shifts, micro-movements, and fascia unwinding. This practice softens the patterns of tension, encourages fluidity, and allows the body to speak in its own language.

    You’ll be guided to sense, feel, and move with awareneand knowledge through elements and meridians, awakening fascia, creating space in the joints, and reconnecting to your innate rhythm.

    Less about “doing” and more about listening. Expressions of Yin opens pathways to move with ease, restore balance and embody presence in both practice and life.

  • Find balance through the movement of strength and softness in this dynamic yet grounding practice. Weaving together and energetic free flowing movement, between linear and non linear to build strength, stability and vitality with a wind down, in embodied yin allowing relaxation and restoration. Perfect for all levels leave feeling both energised and deeply restored.

  • Embark on a journey of self-discovery and mindful movement with our Feldenkraise Awareness Through Movement (ATM) class. This unique and transformative practice invites you to explore the subtle nuances of your body, fostering increased awareness, flexibility, and ease of movement.

  • Gentle yoga flow is open for all ages and levels. A movement therapy designed using natural movements principles to support healing and fluidity in movement and a gentle approach to life. "The way you do one thing is the way you do everything" observe how when you practice your movement in this way you can begin to bring this approach to all life.
