How can I learn to meditate?
Courses are taught by Vedic Meditation Initiator Maddy Gray & Breathwork Coach Carl Sokkar
They are run over four sessions in 2 days. We have mid-week and weekend courses available. We teach out of our studio location at Maroubra beach.
