You’ll join three powerful in-person meet-ups where you’ll feel seen, supported, and inspired. Between those sessions, you’ll have 1:1 guidance and group encouragement, so you never feel like you’re doing it alone. Together, we’ll commit to four simple weekly practices — moving your body in ways that feel good, resting deeply, calming your mind, and building real human connection. With nutrition support tailored to balance your hormones and settle your digestion, you’ll start feeling lighter, clearer, and more energised.
By the end of the challenge, you’ll notice more than just better energy, you’ll feel at home in your body again, with a toolkit and community you can return to whenever you may feel off balance.

Weekly Rhythm
4 Practices each week- Commit to minimum 4 of any of the Marou classes, depending on supporting where your body is at, at the moment.
