YOU’RE INVITED TO
Off-Grid Escape
A Weekend Nature Retreat with Carl & Hannah
Unplug from the constant input. Reconnect with what’s real. Restore Balance through nature, movement & stillness
September 12th-14th 2026
No reception
Gundangurra Country, Southern Highlands, NSW (2 hours from Sydney)
Imagine a place where there’s nothing to check, nowhere else to be, and nothing expected of you.
No Phone Reception | No constant noise | No pressure to keep up
Just Space
Space to soften your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and remember what it feels like to simply be.
Most of us try and think our way through how we feel.
We analyse, process, and search for answers. But the body doesn’t shift through thinking.
What the body holds can’t be released through the mind alone. Real change happens when the body feels safe enough to let go.
Through Breath, Movement, Stillness, Environment.
This retreat is designed around that understanding.

The environment
The space itself is part of the experience.
Off-grid living.
No phone reception.
Solar-powered, simple and sustainable.
Surrounded by nature, with fresh air, open space, and a slower rhythm.
When the environment supports nervous system regulation, your system begins to change with it, naturally without force.
Nourishing meals will be shared together, supporting the body to restore and reset from the inside out
