Natural Movement Foundations

What would happen if we slowed down and listened enough to remember our natural way of moving? By softening and connecting to our centre and moving from there, we move without pain, or harm to our body. Imagine that! A pain free happy body moving through life and challenges with ease and joy.

This 2 day immersion/ workshop invites you to slow down, reconnect to your breath body, listen to you inner guidance and let go of habitual patterning and external conditioning. Only you know what is best for you.

The 11 natural movement principles form the foundations for this immersion, leaning into exploring your authentic you and creating a relationship with your body that you can love and share in the world.

Foundations with Hannah

Designed for yogi’s, teachers, trainers, hands on body workers and any movement lovers who would like to be happier in body and life. To move like nature, to flow, be stable, be flexible, to spiral and unwind.

Based on Stralas principles of Natural Movement and some TCM elements, participants will have the oppportunity to learn all of the principles in a immersive setting, connecting to their natural way of moving.

No experience necessary this is for all ages and all body types
