Annika is movement guide, Reiki healer, and gentle space holder with a deep curiosity for the healing potential of sound, breath, and somatic connection.
Her work invites you to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself - through intuitive movement, energetic restoration, and the widsom of your own body.
She offers a nurturing blend of embodied practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic balance. Drawing on the wisdom of Reiki, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Somatic awareness, Annika helps you to reconnect with your inner rhythm and remember what it feels like to fell like your self again.
Annika’s journey into this work began in 2015, during a time when she was navigating depression, anxiety, and a deep sense of disconnection.
Yoga became a way to move through the heaviness and reconnect with something steady and true within. Since then she has explored a wide range of healing modalities, discovering the potency of energy work, breath, and presence as doorways to inner peace and resilience.
Her approach is grounded in lived experience and continues to evolve through her own healing and practice. Annika is here to hold space for your reconnection- to your body, your breath, and your inner knowing, so you can move through life with more softness, presence and trust in yourself.
What is
Reiki?
A hands on energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Reiki supports your physical and emotional well being by receiving stress and anxiety, improving sleep and circulation, supports pain management and emotional clarity. Each session is a sacred pause- combining Reiki with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, the aroma of essential oils, and an atmosphere of deep stillness. A safe to return to yourself.
