50hr Yin & Somatic Awareness Training

Slow Down. Soften. Listen.

October 3-6 2026

No reception

Gundangurra Country, Southern Highlands, NSW (2 hours from Sydney)

Imagine a place where there’s nothing to achieve.

No Phone Reception | No constant noise | No pressure to keep up

Just Space

“We don’t move into stillness, we unwind our way there”

This is not a traditional Yin training.

Rather than moving into a shape and holding it, we explore the conversation between movement, sensation and stillness. Through fascia unwinding, somatic awareness and gentle oscillation, we soften, lengthen and soften again, allowing the body to gradually reveal a deeper expression of itself. We’ll learn to listen to the body’s subtle cues and create conditions for restoration, connection, and nervous system regulation.

Supported by live sound integration, nature and the quiet of off grid environment, we explore how awareness, sensation and presence can become powerful guides for healing and recalibration

“At the heart of this training is a simple practice; listen deeply enough for the body to guide the way”

Our off-grid sanctuary operates on solar power, harvests rainwater and uses composting toilets.

This allows us to live in harmony with the land, while caring for it and having fun.

This land is Gundangurra Land and we acknowledge, honour and respect the traditional custodians of the land.

“Thank you so much Hannah for holding such a  magical weekend for us. I've been on a lot of retreats but never one where EVERYONE was so nice, beautiful (inside & out), kind, open and easy to be around!”

Chantel

Sally
